I have travelled extensively and shot documentaries and dramatic films throughout North America, Europe, Asia, Australia and the South Pacific.
I have 15 years of experience lighting and shooting on all acquisition formats including: Super-8mm, 16mm, Super-16mm, 35mm, Super-35mm, Anamorphic, Arriflex, Moviecam, Arricam, Panaflex, BetaSP, Digi-Betacam, DVC, Panasonic HD, Sony HD, Thomson Viper, Panavision Genesis and RED.
I own two full PANASONIC HPX-500 and HVX-200A P2 camera packages with 35mm lens adapters and Super-Speed prime lenses. Additional accessories include an underwater housing, wide and telephoto lenses, matteboxes, FIZ controllers, multiple 32GB P2 memory cards, a full set of production filters and several support options including tripods, heads and sliders.
I come fully equipped with a full-sized motion picture PRO STEADICAM package with all necessary brackets, cables and accessories to shoot with all film and video cameras currently in production.
I have two complete PRESTON microwave FIZ remote systems with all accessories, 3 motors for each kit, handset with microforce, backup cables, brackets, focus rings and travel cases.
For smaller shoots, I also provide my own basic HMI, tungsten and LED lighting package as well as basic grip package.
I will assemble an enthusiastic and experienced technical crew for your production regardless of your budget level.
I have very strong contacts with all of the equipment rental houses in Canada and a keenly positive attitude when it comes to getting your film shot.
I hold full membership in the IATSE local 669 camera union and affiliation with Cineworks Independent Filmmakers Society.
I maintain dual passports and citizenship for Canada and Europe.
